I can't recommend Kelly enough, She helped us during one of the hardest times in our lives, we are so grateful for her care and kindness. From the first time we spoke to her,she was warm patient and understanding. She listened carefully to what we wanted and explained everything clearly. She never felt rushed and always made sure we were supported. Kelly took care of every detail, which meant we didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was handled smoothly with great respect. On the day of the service, she was calm reassuring and that meant to much to us. What really stood out was her care and kindness. She truly cares about the families she helps, and it shows in everything she does. We went into the setting as strangers and left as friends. Thank you Kelly, for making such a difficult time a little easier. We will always appreciate everything you did for us.

"I want to thank Kelly and the team at O'Neil's for the incredible care and love shown during my daughter's recent passing.
As family, you didn't just support me - you honoured Michaela with deep compassion and attention to every detail. You went above and beyond, and truly made her farewell beautiful and personal. Knowing she was family to you too made it all the more special.
With love and gratitude".

When your loved one has passed away at home, you will need to contact your Doctor (or the Doctor on call) who will come to certify the death. On some occasions if the death was expected and a nurse is present, the Doctor will give authority to the Nurse to confirm the death. Once the Doctor or Nurse has certified, you can telephone us any time of the day or night so we can convey your loved one into our care.
A medical certificate will then be issued, usually from the surgery, on the next working day ready for your collection. Once you have the medical certificate, you need to book an appointment at the Registrar’s Office where the Registrar will require the medical certificate.
If the death was unexpected, or the Doctor has not seen the deceased in the last 14 days, the death may be referred to the Procurator Fiscal.
Most homes will have asked in advance who your selected Funeral Director is and in the event of the death, they will then ring us day or night so we can then convey your loved one into our care.

Please contact us during the day so we can guide you and start the funeral arrangements. All funeral directors are legally required to publish this price list for a standardised set of products and services. This helps you think through your options and make choices, and let you compare prices between funeral directors.
We have used our standard funeral prices on our pricelist. Some funeral directors have used their simple funeral prices on their pricelist making comparison difficult.
